This site was built by a clinician for clinicians, and the numbers you enter can describe a real patient. So the design rule has been simple from the start: keep the calculation on your device and collect as little as possible.

Calculator inputs stay on your device

Every calculator runs entirely in your browser as JavaScript. Patient weight, dose, concentration, laboratory values — none of it is sent to a server, written to a database, or stored between visits. Closing the tab discards it. There is no account, no login, and no saved history.

No cookies, no advertising, no tracking of what you calculate

DosePilot does not set cookies, does not use Google Analytics, does not carry advertising or advertising networks, and does not use cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. There are no sponsored placements and no affiliate links.

What is processed when you visit

Visiting any website reveals your IP address to the servers that deliver it. On DosePilot that means the following, and nothing else:

None of these receive anything you type into a calculator, because those values are never transmitted at all.

If you write to dosepilot@gmail.com — to report an error, ask a question, or send feedback — we keep that correspondence so we can reply and, where relevant, record the correction. Please do not send patient-identifiable information. It is not needed to report a problem with a calculator, and this address is not a secure channel for clinical data.

Your rights

Because we hold no accounts and no calculation data, there is usually nothing to look up. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing; in practice this applies only to email correspondence. Write to dosepilot@gmail.com and we will respond.

Children

DosePilot is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If what the site does changes — for example if analytics or a new third-party service is added — this page is updated first, and the date below changes with it.
